By accessing or using the AzRentCloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the AzRentCloud platform for business property management purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.

3. User Conduct

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform. Fraudulent activities or misuse of the automated rent collection features will lead to immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AzRentCloud or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States.
